What a great life. God has blessed me with an amazing wife who is my sweetheart and best friend. Becky and I have been married for 40 years and have two adult children and 6 grands with another grandchild due in October 2024. We love serving the Lord together. We are surrendered to go wherever God leads and by His grace, serve as well and hard as we can until He changes the assignment.

We have had to privilege to serve in Honduras for many years. I was deployed to Honduras in 1988 while serving in the US Air Force. Unknowing to me at the time, God was planting a deep seed of love in me for the people of Honduras. Fast forward to post-military and working at the US Postal Service, while also attending Bible College, I was invited to attend and teach at a Pastor Conference in Honduras, November 1997. There I met Joaquin Tome who was my first interpreter… Since then we have served together throughout the years and all over Honduras.

Becky and I have also had the incredible privilege to serve at the Church of Joy in Williamson GA, USA. Since 2000 I have been on full-time Pastoral Staff. For 14 years I served as the Associate / Worship / Youth Pastor. Then in 2014 I was the interim Senior Pastor and then in November of 2014 this position became permanent. I have loved serving my family at JOY all these years. This Body of Christ has been so loving and supportive of our ministry. My Pastoral Staff and the other Leaders at JOY step right in and take care of things wonderfully when I travel to Honduras. Bless God, what a great group of ministers.

Through the years Becky and I have ministered with many in the little village of Linares in the north part of the valley of Gualaco which is in Olancho. In 2018 we purchased land in the village. We have many, many great friends in the village and we are able to help them do life. It has been a blessing to have them as our extended family.

The adventure continues… We know God is opening more doors to work in Honduras. Through and with our Ministry partners we are committed to continue pouring our lives into the lives of Pastors, Church Leaders and whoever else God puts on our path. Through our network of ministers and partners we started BTN to help mobilize and equip believers to know God’s Word better, equip them for the work of ministry and mobilizes Churches to fulfill their God given purposes.
